Welcome to the CSC Business Academy

The faculty members of the Business Academy at Chadron State College are committed to preparing students for challenging careers in this rapidly changing, highly technological, and culturally diverse world.

The fundamental purpose of the Department is to enhance the student's capacity for learning by combining excellence in teaching with appropriate coursework, online and classroom environments that emphasize critical thinking, human relation/communication skills, theoretical, technical and professional skills, and a lifelong learning environment designed for creative problem solving/decision making.

In meeting this mission, we offer the following degree programs: Comprehensive Major in Business Administration with options in Accounting, Certified Public Accountant Path, Agribusiness, Finance, Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), and Marketing/Entrepreneurship, as well as a Subject Major in General Business, Business Education and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Minors are offered in Agribusiness, Business, Finance, and Marketing/Entrepreneurship.
