Staff Senate

The Chadron State College Staff Senate represents Support Staff and Professional Staff and serves as an advisory and review body within the College’s shared governance structure.

The Staff Senate provides a forum for discussing matters related to staff development, students, institutional operations, and the educational and workplace climate. It also gives staff a formal channel for providing advice and recommendations to the College President and the Nebraska State College Board of Trustees.

Through collaboration with the Faculty Senate and other College groups, the Staff Senate advocates for the interests and welfare of staff, addresses shared concerns, and supports the mission of Chadron State College and the success of its students.
