Human Performance

An undergraduate degree in Human Performance prepares students to understand the relationship between physical activity, exercise, health, and human movement. Students develop knowledge in exercise science, anatomy and physiology, biomechanics, fitness assessment, exercise programming, nutrition, and health promotion. Students learn to assess physical performance and develop safe and effective programs to improve fitness, performance, and quality of life. Practical experiences strengthen critical thinking, communication, and professional skills. Graduates are prepared for careers in fitness, strength and conditioning, wellness, health promotion, sport performance, and related fields.
