Athletic Training Preparation
An undergraduate degree in Athletic Training Preparation provides students with a strong foundation for advanced study and careers in athletic training and sports medicine. Students develop knowledge in anatomy and physiology, injury prevention, emergency care, injury assessment, rehabilitation, and exercise science. Practical experiences allow students to apply classroom knowledge while developing communication, critical thinking, and professional decision-making skills. The program prepares graduates for graduate-level athletic training education and related careers in sports medicine, health, fitness, rehabilitation, and wellness.
