Athletic Administration
An undergraduate degree in Athletic Administration prepares students for careers in the business and administrative side of intercollegiate, professional, amateur, and recreational athletics. Students develop knowledge and skills in leadership, management, budgeting, marketing, event management, facilities, compliance, and personnel administration. Coursework combines sport-specific knowledge with practical experiences that strengthen communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Graduates are prepared for entry-level positions in athletic departments, professional sport organizations, community recreation, sport facilities, and other organizations involved in sport management and administration.
