Title: NeSIS Unavailable to all users
Details:

Resolution: Service has been restored.


Notice from NeSIS:

We are currently experiencing a production issue.  We are working with the infrastructure teams to restore availability as soon as possible.  We will send updates as soon as we have them.

Update 12:09pm:

There was a power issue with the NeSIS servers in the data center that has been corrected, we anticipate having the systems available in the next 15 minutes.

Resolution: MyCSC maintenance has been completed.


MyCSC's window for maintenance today has been extended, therefore the service is currently down.

The NeSIS system is currently unavailable. 

Another message will be sent when the problem has been resolved or when more information is available.

Title: Most users are able to sign in
Details:

Resolution: Service has been restored.


Update: The TrueYou password management system that controls sign in to MyCSC, NeSIS, Firefly, and SAP has been partially restored.  Most users should be able to log in now.  No password changes or new accounts will be able to be created.  Computing Services Network personnel in Lincoln continue to work on the issue, and notification will be sent when TrueYou is fully functional.


The TrueYou password management system that controls MyCSC sign in is down.
