The following form is to be completed if the student is requesting to be fully dropped or withdrawn from all courses within the current term, after the stated deadline. Appeals will only be considered if a student meets the criteria outlined below which have been deemed "extenuating" and appeals of this nature will not be considered for previous terms.
This form should not be completed by students who misunderstood the drop or withdraw deadlines as stated on the Academic Calendar. It is the student's responsibility to make add, drop and/or withdraw requests each term/session by the stated deadlines.
Your appeal will be reviewed by the Associate Vice President of Student Services within 7-10 business days and you will receive a decision, in writing, via email and/or paper letter.
