Registration Information

To get registered for your Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 classes, you must complete your Enrollment form in "To-do's" in your MyCSC.

Please see some of the helpful items we may need or ask from you to help place you in the correct courses:

  • ACT/SAT Scores or Placement Information
  • College Transcripts
    • CSC requires OFFICIAL transcripts from all previously attended colleges/universities—including colleges you took dual-credit and/or early entry courses with—prior to registration.
      • UNOFFICIAL Transcripts – If you are currently enrolled at an institution, we can use unofficial transcripts for the purposes of enrollment and awarding financial aid ONLY. Failure to submit official transcripts by the priority deadline, July 15, will result in your financial aid being delayed and/or placed on hold.
      • OFFICIAL Transcripts – You will need to send OFFICIAL transcripts from each college you have attended, even if no credit was earned at the institution. These must be received no later than the start of the semester, but it is preferable to have them in no later than September 15 (Fall Semester)/February 15 (Spring Semester)/June 15 (Summer Semester).
      • If you are currently enrolled in courses, an “in-progress,” transcript can be accepted for the purposes of enrollment. However, an official, FINAL transcript is required one month after your term begins.

        Send college transcripts to:
        • Electronic: transcript@csc.edu
        • Mail: CSC Admissions
                    1000 Main Street
                     Chadron, NE 69337
  • The Enrollment Form
    • Once admitted, Admissions will process your application, and you will see the Enrollment form added to your MyCSC To Dos

Complete this form to request a Fall and Spring course schedule.

Parent and Guest Registration

We are pleased your student will be attending CSC and joining the Eagle Family this fall. As a parent/guest you are encouraged to attend our Orientation (eight dates from April to August) and Move-In (in August) events with your student.

All students will also have access to an Online Orientation in mid-July on their MyCSC Student Dashboard. Online Orientation will build foundational knowledge for the student to utilize throughout their time as a student at CSC.

Each student is assessed a $100 fee to their Fall bill, which covers the cost of the Orientation (in-person and online resources) and Move-In events for your student and two (2) guests. Students who registered additional guests are charged $50 for each additional guest over the age of ten  (10).

Students have the opportunity to register for orientation through an email invitation once they are admitted to Chadron State College.  Information confirming guest registration will be sent to your student via EagleMail.

For guest updates for Move-In programming in August, students will have a Move-In Guest Change form on their MyCSC To-do's in Mid-July.

Both the Orientation fee and fees for additional guests are flat-rate fees. Fees cannot and will not be prorated if students, parents and/or guests choose not to attend any portion of the event.
