Area high school musicians honored at High Plains Festival

CHADRON –Twenty-nine high schools participated in the 48th annual High Plains Band and Choir Festival at Chadron State College Feb. 3-4. The following students were honored for being selected to the Honor Band and Honor Choir for the past three or four consecutive years.
