Class Descriptions

Absolute Destruction (20-30 minutes): A core workout using a variety of techniques and equipment to help you tighten and strengthen your abdominal muscles. You won’t regret this workout.

Armed to the Teeth (30 minutes): A quick, but intense upper body workout for your biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest and more with a focus on strength building.

BACK to the Grind (25 minutes): While legs and/or glutes are structurally important, the back is a critical aspect to our health and wellbeing. 30 minutes of strengthening, aligning and stretching out those backs!

Body Burn Bootcamp (45 minutes): This class gives you the best of both worlds - cardio and strength! Not to mention the added bonus of working out with other motivated individuals on a regular basis. These workouts are designed to increase strength and fitness through a number of intense group workouts including resistance and weight training, core work, stability and cardio.

Circuit Circus (30 minutes): A half an hour is all you need to complete this high energy workout! All sessions are circuit style, full-body workouts that promise to get your heart rate up while improving cardiovascular health and maximizing calorie burn.

Fitness Tennis (30 minutes): Who says fitness can’t be fun? With this tennis based workout you will be improving cardio while getting a full body workout. No previous tennis experienced required.

Pump up the Jam (30 minutes): No worries of falling into the same ole’ lifting routine when you attend this class! 45 minutes of weight training that will consist of a variety of resistance exercises, reps, sets and intervals.

Spin to Slim (30 minutes): Come enjoy the ride. This indoor cycling class will get your legs and heart pumping. Whether you're training for a triathlon or riding for cardiovascular health, this class will get you there.

Step it Up (45 minutes): Tone up your legs and booty by moving up, over and around the step. Developed as a way to get a high intensity, yet low impact workout – this class will improve your coordination by learning rhythmic movements and get that heart racing.

Stretch & Tone (20-45 minutes): This yoga based class focuses on active sequences of movement to build both strength and flexibility in the body. Each class explores fundamental yoga poses and mindfulness for full body wellness. Great for all ages and experience levels!

Sweat it Out (30 minutes): Burn some serious fat with this cardio-based class! Not just running, but all of the other forms of cardio you can think of guaranteed to get the blood pumping and sweat rolling. 30 minutes of pure cardio with some intervals for breaks.

The QUADfather (30 minutes): A concentration on lower body training with a focus on muscular development using a combination of machines and free weights. Be ready to feel the burn!

This is How We Roll (20 minutes): Offset your high intensity training with a slow paced stretch and foam roller class. Foam rollers can improve core stability, strength, balance and flexibility. Release the tight muscles, fascial adhesions and improve blood flow.

TRX (45 minutes): TRX suspension training is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and body weight to perform exercises that build power and increase strength, flexibility, balance and mobility.

ZUMBA (45 minutes): Get ready to party yourself into shape! This exhilarating, easy-to- follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party will move YOU!
