Beginning summer 2017, the West Court apartments will no longer be available to married, family, and non-traditional students. CSC will be completing the final phase of demolition to the apartments. At this time, all of our apartments are currently filled. If you have interest in being on the wait list for a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment, please contact our office at email@example.com or 308-432-6466.
A $50.00 processing fee must accompany the CSC Apartment Reservation form. An apartment may not be assigned until the processing fee is received. The processing fee is non-refundable and applies to future contract processing of the tenant as long as the tenant/student remains in the apartment (summers excluded).
$150.00 Apartment Reservation Cancellation Fee is assessed for canceling an apartment reservation after the deadlines of June 1 for Fall semester and December 1 for Spring semester and prior to the start date of the semester. All cancellations, regardless of the application date or whether an actual apartment assignment has been made, will be subject to all of these policies. After the start of the semester a $150.00 Contract Cancellation will be charged.
