Title: Some Users Are Experiencing Login Issues


Some users are receiving an error when attempting to log in to CSC Online/Sakai.  Teaching and Learning Center and Information Technology personnel are looking into the issue.

Title: Some portions of Sakai may be experiencing issues

Resolution: As of 4:45 PM MST, CSC Online's hosting provider has verified that all Sakai services are functioning as normal. The CSC Teaching and Learning Technologies team is continuing to monitor the situation, but we are not currently aware of any issues affecting Sakai at this time.
At approximately 11:30 am today, an external file storage service (provided by Amazon Web Services) experienced a large-scale outage, causing issues with accessing and uploading files in CSC's hosted instance of Sakai. 

CSC Online (Sakai) users are currently experiencing 404 errors when attempting to access portions of the Sakai platform. A message from Sam Ballard will be sent via email once the issue has been resolved.

Scheduled upgrade has been completed. Services are now restored.

Resolution: Issues have been resolved.

Some users are experiencing different issues within Sakai.  The issue is being looked into.

Resolution: Issue was resolved by reloading courses.

Some users are experiencing courses not listed in their Sakai accounts. The courses are being reloaded.

Title: Some users are experiencing a timed out error when accessing Sakai login page.

Resolution: Students have cached in their browsers. Asking them to navigate to seems to resolve the issue.

There have been a few students not being able to access the login screen for Sakai. Longsight is looking into the issue.
