|Title: Incoming and Outgoing Long Distance Calling is Currently Unavailable|
Resolution: The issue with the PRI lines has been resolved and service is back to normal.
Early this morning a fault was found with the PRI Lines that provide phone service to and from the CSC campus. At this time no calls between CSC phone numbers and the outside world are connecting properly. Great Plains Communications has confirmed that they are working on the problem. We will notify campus once service is verified as restored and stable.

|Title: Currently unable to make calls outside of CSC.|
Between approximately 6:45 and 8:45 this morning telephone service into and out of the campus was down due to a failed fiber module.
The module has been replaced and service is restored.
On campus phones are unable to call out to any numbers off campus. The issue is currently being looked into.

|Title: Phones are unavailable campus wide|
Just after 8:00 AM this morning the campus VOIP phone system entered an unstable state and services became intermittent and phones were restarting. We have identified the cause of the issue and have taken corrective action. At this time phones have restarted and most services are functional. If your phone has not restarted or is no longer functioning, please contact the CSC IT Helpdesk at 432-6311.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience.
IT personnel are working to correct the issue.
