CSC is a member of Internet2.  Network Nebraska extends membership to CSC as a sponsored education group participant (SEGP) enabling CSC to access a wide array of educational resources.

Internet2 is a research and development consortium which brings together leaders representing a wide range of disciplines from member organizations and the broader education community. Through community involvement, Internet2 members are using advanced technologies to enable collaboration among people and interactive access to information and resources in ways not possible on today's Internet.  

High-performance networks are linking campuses and laboratories of over 300 Internet2 member institutions. The high-performance networks participating in the Internet2 project provide the environment in which new network applications and capabilities can be deployed and tested.
