E-Mail Distribution List Tutorial

Mailing to a CSC Distribution List

The following on-campus, e-mail group listings are available in your Outlook, Webmail and Entourage address books:

• CSC Employees – e-mails every employee e-mail account
• CSC Faculty – e-mails every Faculty-flagged e-mail account
• CSC Professional Staff – e-mails every Professional Staff-flagged e-mail account
• CSC Support Staff – e-mails every Support Staff-flagged e-mail account

To access these groups just open the address book from inside an e-mail, or from the top menus, and select the Global Address List to display all CSC e-mail users. A quick search for CSC should bring the groups to the top of the list allowing for easier selection.
