What is Office 365?

It is secure, anywhere access to email and calendars, Office Web Apps, instant messaging, conferencing, file sharing and collaboration tools. Read about its different features on the Features page.

When are we moving to Office 365?

Migration to Office 365 is going to begin on Thursday, November 15th.

Why are we moving to Office 365?

Office 365 is the new cloud based email platform that is replacing live@edu.

Will my email address change?

No, your email address will remain as username@eagles.csc.edu

How will I be notified when the upgrade is complete?

Please check back to the E-mail page often, as this will tell you when the upgrade is complete.

Why do I get a "Microsoft Service Unavailable" error message when I try logging into EagleMail?

You receive this message because you are trying to access EagleMail through a different link other then the one provided. Please make sure you are going to www.outlook.com/eagles.csc.edu to access your EagleMail. If you are going to www.hotmail.com or www.outlook.com, it will not work.
