Account & Passwords for Employees

Three accounts are provided for access to services:
*All accounts for employees are created after the employee fills out the
Employee Account Request Form

MyCSC and Firefly

Along with general campus information, MyCSC contains important quick links and provides access to:

  • CSC's student information system 
  • Faculty/advisor self service
  • Reporting
  • Parking permits

Firefly is the Human Resources employee self-service portal.

  • Submit requests for time off
  • Review paystubs
  • View W-4 and W-2 information
  • Review and/or update contact and banking information

Campus Account

  • Log in to your office computer
  • Access your Office 365/employee email account
  • Register your devices on the public campus network
  • Log in to computer labs
  • Log in to the campus assessment system (Tk20)


  • Password Tip: We highly recommend that you log in and set up your account self-service profile after receiving your Campus Account information. Directions can be found under the Reset Password for Campus Account at the bottom of this page

CSC Online/Sakai

CSC Online/Sakai is CSC's learning management system.

  • Setting up online course information including syllabi, tests/quizzes, assignments, and forums

If you are having trouble logging into any of your CSC accounts, please see the following information on how to reset your password for each account.

Reset Password for MyCSC and Firefly

  • Click on TrueYou Identify Manager.
  • Enter your NUID number* into the NUID field and click on "Forgot Password?".
  • Answer your security questions.
  • Type in a password.
  • If you do not remember your answers, select "I don't remember my answers." which is in blue text above the Login and Cancel buttons. You will be prompted to verify certain information, then a password reset will be sent to the email listed.

Reset Password for Campus Account

  • Click on
  • First time users set up a profile by clicking on Create/Edit my Profile.
  • Define 3 security questions. You make up the 3rd question yourself along with the answer.
  • Once your profile is set up, you will be able to utilize this service including changing your password, unlocking your account, or resetting your password if you forget it.

Reset Password for CSC Online/Sakai

  • Click on Reset Sakai Password page.
  • Enter your employee email address (Ex.
  • Log into your employee email account. Please follow the directions in the message to change your password.
