We invite your school to dine with us at the CSC Dining Hall during the Scholastic Contest on April 6, 2018. Before your school places the food order with us, we would like to explain the process. This way it is not confusing to anyone that is involved. When you place a food order with us, we will send you a confirmation via e-mail. Then from that time on we will be glad to adjust the count for you until noon on April 2, 2018. The only way we can adjust after April 2, 2018, is if your numbers increase by a couple more guests and we can accept the increase no later than 10:00 a.m. on April 5, 2018. On April 6th we will prepare the meals that you ordered and bill you according to the numbers you reported on April 2, 2018, unless there was an increase.
Meal tickets will be provided to you upon check-in for the event. Tickets need to be distributed to your students so they can redeem them in the dining hall. Again, after the Scholastic Contest, the Conferencing Office will send you an invoice based on the number that you had provided on April 2, 2018, at noon with any increases that were made. The CSC Dining Hall is located in the Student Center.
