By submitting this form, a preliminary course schedule will be built for you, based on the answers to the questions below. You will receive email communication to your EagleMail account when your course schedule is ready to view in your MyCSC account. If you have questions about your course schedule or would like to schedule an appointment to meet with a START advisor, please contact the START office at 308-432-6060 or email If you prefer to register yourself for classes, please indicate that below.

Degree Program Information

PLEASE NOTE: Students wishing to pursue a degree program with Chadron State are required to provide one unofficial transcript from each college attended prior to enrollment and one official transcript from each college attended, even if no credit was earned at the institutionóby the end of their first term of enrollment. Students may not omit any part of their previous college records, whether part-time or full-time, with or without degree objectives, whether or not credit has been granted, or whether or not they desire to transfer credit. Chadron State reserves the right to use the National Student Clearinghouse and/or the National Student Loan Data System to verify that students have accurately disclosed their academic history. Failure to disclose a complete collegiate record may result in denial of admission and/or federal financial aid or dismissal from Chadron State College.

College Transfer: Have you already had a credit evaluation completed with the START office?:
If no, please fax or email copies of ALL unofficial transcripts to the START office at 308-432-6424 or Note that you are requesting a credit evaluation on the email/fax. START will not assist students with enrollment, until all transcripts have been received and the evaluation has been completed.

By submitting this form, requesting a course schedule and enrolling at Chadron State, you agree that this request will ultimately generate charges for tuition and fees. If you should decide not to attend Chadron State College you MUST notify us prior to the start of the semester and we will remove you from the coursework and eliminate the bill. If you fail to drop your courses or notify Chadron State that you will not be attending by the drop deadline, you will be responsible for the charges. Students requesting or attempting to drop courses after the 100% drop period will be required to pay a $75 Enrollment Cancelation fee prior to being dropped. Written requests to be dropped for a 100% refund need to be submitted to and will be reviewed on a case by case basis at which time class attendance/participation will be verified.:
