What's Happening this Week?

Pre-registration continues for all currently enrolled students.

1. Obtain your NU ID from your EagleMail account and claim it at trueyou.nebraska.edu.
   We have prepared a video about obtaining a NU ID to help you get started.
2. Meet with your academic advisor.
3. Register yourself for classes at mycsc.nebraska.edu.
   We have prepared a video about registering to help you get started.
4. If you need help, come to the Advising Center, Rooms 106-108 in Crites Hall. These offices are open Monday through Friday from 7:30a.m. to 4:30p.m.

Calendar of Events (Go-Live Schedule)

From the CSC Business Office:

Important information regarding your fall 2010 charges will be available through the new MyCSC portal after July 12, 2010.

Paper bills will no longer be mailed beginning with the fall 2010 semester. Electronic bills will be available on-line through your MyCSC portal account no later than July 12, 2010. You will be notified at your EagleMail account when your statement has been posted. It will be your responsibility to view your charges through the MyCSC portal and share the information with your parents or guardians.

The payment due date will be August 27, 2010. Payments for the fall 2010 semester may be made through the on-line credit card payment function beginning July 12, 2010.

Please check your EagleMail account during the summer for further information.

Faculty and Students will be affected by a Student Information System Outage from 4:00MT July 30th through August 1st. During this time, access to the current and new student information systems to enter and view summer grades, enroll in courses, etc will be unavailable. The outage is necessary to convert financial balances from the current to the new student information system. Additional information will be provided as the conversion process proceeds.

As services go live in the new system email notices will be sent to employees and students.

CSC NeSIS Web Site

The CSC NeSIS web site can be found by clicking on the NeSIS icon at the bottom of the CSC home page. The site is provided to help inform faculty, staff, and students about the NeSIS project and is updated weekly!
