LITCHFIELD PARK, Ariz. – The Chadron State College women’s golf team shot a 385 during the final round of the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Women’s Golf Championship at the Wigwam Golf Course Tuesday.
Combined with Monday’s round, the Eagles finished in eighth place with 776 strokes.
Colorado State University-Pueblo, which had four golfers in the top 11, won the eight-team tournament with a 36-hole total of 648. Western New Mexico was second with 651 and Colorado Mesa was third with 657.

Ashley Kurtz, the Eagles’ lone senior from Valentine, fired a 190.
Also for Chadron State, Chelsea Murrell shot 199, Nicole Tlustos finished with 209 and Kinlee Ginn carded a 220.
CSU-Pueblo’s Dominique Dinallo edged Western New Mexico’s Faylyn Beyale to win the individual title. Dinallo shot a 36-hole total of 153, while Beyale carded a 154.
