CHADRON – Instrumentalist Todd Green will present the first program in the Chadron State College Galaxy Series Wednesday, Sept. 13, in Memorial Hall’s Auditorium at 7 p.m. Green, who has studied with artists including Grammy winner Pat Metheny, will play original music on over 30 acoustic string, flute and percussion instruments inspired by cultures in the Middle East, Central Asia, Far East and South America.

His custom-built electronic system allows him to layer instruments as he performs, in effect, transforming him into a one-man-band, according to his website.

Green has since performed for concert associations, arts councils and colleges throughout the United States, Canada and Europe.

Admission is $15 for adults, $13 for seniors and $12 for children 12 and under. Free admission for CSC students, faculty and staff. Call 308-432-6207 or email boxoffice@csc.edu to reserve tickets.
