Art Day to draw 13 high schools to campus

CHADRON – The Chadron State College Art department will host its annual Art Day on Monday. More than 100 high school students are expected to attend from Alliance, Bayard, Bridgeport, Chadron, Cody-Kilgore, Crawford, Gordon-Rushville, Hemingford, Kimball, Morrill, Mitchell and Sioux County, Nebraska, plus Edgemont, South Dakota.

They will be instructed in drawing, printmaking, photography, crafts, mixed media, graphic design, and ceramics by CSC students and faculty, according to Mary Donahue, art faculty member.
