High Plains musicians gather

High school music students from around the region converged Monday at Memorial Hall for the 41st annual High Plains Band and Choir Festival. Rehearsals and clinics will continue through Tuesday and culminate in two Tuesday evening concerts, one at 5 p.m. and one at 6 p.m. The concerts made be heard here.
