*Academic Program and Degree Requirements: 50% of major rule: Fifty percent of the 57-hour Criminal Justice major = 30 credit hours (28.5 hours rounded up). 120 total credit hours required. 40 upper division credit hours required: 3 hours of Capstone from the ES program + 30 hours in Criminal Justice major (see 50% of major rule above) + 7 hours of electives satisfies requirement. **CJ 390, Internship in Criminal Justice, may be taken anytime within the two-year period. CJ 446, Cross-Cultural Studies/Justice Studies, may be taken during the spring semester only. Instructor’s permission and study abroad requirements must be satisfied before admission to course.
