Total Enrollment = 2,759 (2,202 Undergraduate, 557 Graduate)

Fall Incoming Class = 630  (398 Freshmen, 232 Transfers)

At the end of the fall 2010 semester, the 2,205 enrolled undergraduate students at CSC had the following characteristics:

Represented 29 countries including the U.S

Represented 47 states

 *62% of CSC students are from Nebraska, followed by Wyoming (11%), South Dakota (8%), and Colorado (6%)

Ranged in age from 17-71

Of those who responded, fifty-five percent were first generation college students

Of the freshmen who have submitted high school class rank, 69 percent were in the top half of their graduating class and 32 percent were in the top one-quarter

Of the freshman submitting ACT reports, 28.9 percent scored 25 or above on the composite ACT and the top ACT composite score equaled 31

Average ACT score was 21.8, compared to a national average of 21.

Student/faculty ratio was 19 to 1 for Fall 2010 semester

75% of the full-time faculty have doctorate degrees
