All admitted undergraduate international students are awarded the Chadron State College "Eagle Rate". Eagle Rate tuition reduces tuition to only $1 (USD) per credit hour more than the resident tuition rate.

International undergraduate degree-seeking students may apply for an International Student Tuition Scholarship. Recipients will receive $1200 per semester for a maximum of eight consecutive fall and spring semesters for entering freshmen and four consecutive fall and spring semesters for entering transfer students.

 

Tuition Waiver Application

Click the text above to download the application. Waivers are competitive. Students must meet the following criteria and complete the application and essay by July 1 to be considered:

  • Must apply for admission as a degree-seeking undergraduate (bachelor's) student.
  • Must be an entering freshman or college transfer (from a recognized accredited institution).
  • Must meet CSC English proficiency requirements.
  • Must have a minimum cumulative 3.25 (4.0 scale) high school GPA for entering freshmen and a minimum cumulative 3.25 (4.0 scale) college GPA for college transfers.
  • Must commit to living in CSC campus housing.

General Scholarships and Talent Awards

Freshman:

Select the following test to access the Freshman Scholarship application. The Freshman Scholarship application requires a 4.0 scale cumulative GPA as well as SAT or ACT scores.  An evaluation of your high school transcript through FIS or WES may likely be necessary to determine your 4.0 scale GPA. Applications that do not include high school transcript and SAT or ACT scores will be considered incomplete! Transfer:

Select the following text to access the Transfer Scholarship application.  The Transfer Scholarship application requires a 4.0 scale cumulative GPA and therefore an evaluation of your college transcripts through FIS and WES may likely be necessary to determine your 4.0 scale GPA.  Application that do not include all college transcripts will be considered incomplete!
