Deposits & Payments

Deposits

All admitted international students, are REQUIRED to make a deposit payment in the amount of the estimated first semester cost of attendance at least 30 days before the Form I-20 will be issues. This deposit will be applied to the student's actual first semester cost of attendance, which includes tuition, fees, health insurance premiums, campus housing, and meal plans.

The required deposit is an estimate of the cost of attendance. Any costs above and beyond the amount covered by the deposit are due by the end of the second week of the semester.

*A prompt refund of the deposit will be mailed to students who do not attend CSC as originally planned.

Payments

Full payment of tuition, fees, room, board and any other charges is due for all semesters no later than the end of the second week of each semester.

Chadron State College does not offer extended payment plans to international students.

Failure to pay in full by the end of the second week of each semester will result in dismissal from the college and a termination of SEVIS visa status, which may result in you being required to leave the US.
