Class Descriptions

Absolute Destruction (30 minutes): A core workout using a variety of techniques and equipment to help you tighten and strengthen your abdominal muscles. You won’t regret this workout.

Bootcamp (45 minutes): This class gives you the best of both worlds - cardio and strength! Not to mention the added bonus of working out with other motivated individuals on a regular basis. These workouts are designed to increase strength and fitness through a number of intense group workouts including resistance and weight training, core work, stability and cardio.

Full-Body Fit (45 minutes): Experience high intensity, full body workouts that target the major muscle groups of the upper and lower body, specifically designed to make it rain sweat!  From circuit style routines that jump start cardio fitness to creative, muscle toning exercises using dumbbells, exercise bands or even the participant’s body weight, each class brings its own unique challenges.

Glute Camp (30 minutes): Focusing on all the muscles in your booty, this class will strengthen your minimus, medius and maximus.  If you want buns of steel, this class is calling your name!

HIIT (30 minutes): A half hour is all you need to complete this high energy workout!  All sessions are circuit style, full-body workouts that promise to get your heart rate up while improving cardiovascular health and maximizing calorie burn.

Hop to It (30 minutes): Burn some serious fat with this cardio-based class!  A jump-rope based class guaranteed to get the blood pumping and sweat rolling with some intervals for breaks.

Legendary Legs (30 minutes): A concentration on lower body training with a focus on muscular development using a combination of machines and free weights. Be ready to feel the burn!

Max Strength (30 minutes): Whether you are experienced with strength training or a beginner in the field, you will walk away feeling stronger.  This class provides top level training with a focus on technique and muscle development.

Stretch & Tone (30 minutes): This yoga based class focuses on active sequences of movement to build both strength and flexibility in the body. Each class explores fundamental yoga poses and mindfulness for full body wellness. Great for all ages and experience levels!

This is How We Roll (20-30 minutes): Offset your high intensity training with a slow paced stretch and foam roller class. Foam rollers can improve core stability, strength, balance and flexibility. Release the tight muscles, fascial adhesions and improve blood flow.

TRX (45 minutes): TRX suspension training is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and body weight to perform exercises that build power and increase strength, flexibility, balance and mobility.

ZUMBA (45 minutes): Get ready to party yourself into shape! This exhilarating, easy-to- follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party will move YOU!
