Services provided at no cost to students

• Treatment of minor illneses or injuries with referral to local medical resources when necessary.
• Over-the-counter medications are dispensed through Health Services for symptoms of common health complaints

Preventative health screening and counseling

• Pregnancy Testing
• HIV testing and counseling
• Healthy weight management
• Blood pressure screening
• Diabetes screening

Medical equipment loans

• Crutches
• Wheelchair
• Heating pads
• Ice packs

Health related presentations to campus groups or classes upon request.

Instructor notification of absences related to hospitalization or extended illness exceeding three days, if requested by the student.

Instructor notification by the Nurse does not constitute an excused absence. It is the responsibility of the student to contact his/her instructor as soon as he/she is able.
