Two different formats are available though which to submit an application for admission to graduate study at Chadron State College.
- Online: This form is completed and submitted via an online process.
NOTE: If this format is selected, be sure to PRINT a copy of the completed form before clicking on 'submit', in order to retain a copy for your records. - Download & mail: This version must be printed and then completed. It should be mailed to the address at the top of the form, with attention to the Graduate Office.
