I will use all Title IV money received only for expenses related to my study at Chadron State College. I also understand that if I am placed on Financial Aid Suspension following the Spring 2011 semester, my summer aid will be revoked.

Reminders: If you are enrolled in a class(es) that is cancelled by CSC due to lack of enrollment, you will need to contact our office immediately.This may have an impact on your ability to maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress which may impact your future financial aid eligibility. Also, if you receive grades of Incomplete (I) or In Progress (IP) for summer courses, this will delay your financial aid for Fall 2011 until your courses are completed. Financial aid for the Fall 2011 term will not be disbursed until all I’s and IP’s for summer are completed and a letter grade is posted.
