CSC Outside Scholarship Notification Form

Reporting Outside Aid - Your Award Notification should disclose all financial aid you are eligible to receive and scholarships you have been awarded. If you are receiving additional scholarships, grants, or tuition waivers that do not appear on your Award Notification, you will need to inform our office of the missing information. Failure to do so may result in a Federal Financial Aid Overaward which could terminate your future eligibility for Federal Student Aid.

Please be advised:

According to Chadron State College policy, scholarship checks that are made payable to CSC, whether solely or co-payable to CSC and the student, MUST be deposited into the student’s CSC account and not given directly to the student.

Checks made co-payable to the student and CSC will take longer to process as we pursue the required endorsement from the student. Therefore, we recommend checks be made payable ONLY to Chadron State College.

It is advantageous to the student for a scholarship check to be mailed to CSC’s Financial Aid Office as early as possible. If you have any questions, please contact our office at 308-432-6230 or email finaid@csc.edu.
