Lost or Stolen EagleCard
If your card is lost or stolen, you are responsible for all transactions until your card is reported missing. Contact the EagleCard Office immediately, either in person or by phoning 308-432-6380. If you call in to report your EagleCard lost or stolen, you will be required to provide your NUID and other verification information.
Upon notification of a lost or stolen card, all access to EagleCard services (Dining, NPAC, Door Access) will be disabled until a photo ID is submitted to the EagleCard Office for a replacement.
If your name changes, your card may be reissued at the replacement cost of $15.00. Chadron State College records must be updated before we can make a change on your EagleCard. https://www.csc.edu/records/changeofname/
When an EagleCard has holes, cracks or obscured name or photo, it will be considered damaged and must be replaced. A replacement fee of $15.00 will be charged. To obtain a replacement EagleCard, you must have your NUID number and one form of government issued photo identification such as a driver’s license, state identification, military or passport.
