Presented "The Origins and Composition of Rhetoric’s History: Energizing Change" at the 2016 Rhetoric Society of America Bi-Annual Conference in Atlanta, Georgia (continuing research on this same topic; proposed a related paper for the 2017 Conference on College Composition and Communication Annual Convention)
Drafting a history of rhetoric, writing, and writing instruction
Submitting several essays for publication: "With Woman," "Black Belt," and "Wednesday"
