Served Meals: Meals in which you are seated, while wait staff pampers your every need.

Self-Serve: Style of service where all your needs are provided for you, and you are in complete charge of your own service

Buffet: Buffet is an all-you-can-eat food line.

Back to the Basics: Picking up the food at the designated location.

In order to accommodate our customers better, CSC Dining Services offers Back to the Basics Catering. What does that mean? It means that there will be no frills to your event. Back to the Basics Catering would be described as no linen, no china, and no wait staff service. Your event would be on paper and would be picked up by the event participants. Contact CSC Dining Services or the CSC Conferencing Office for assistance on what meal items are available to you. By choosing Back to the Basics Catering, you will save 12% on your total bill when everything is returned to Dining Services. Back to the Basics Catering will give you a high quality food product without all the fuss. So if you are looking for good food at a good price and don’t need all frills, then go Back to the Basics.
