Registration

The Conferencing Office offers many registration services. Let us help you with this aspect of your meeting or conference which will free up your time to organize and fine-tune your meeting or conference.

Registration Services

  • Conferencing receipt of registration form and fees
  • Deposit of registration fees into Conferencing account ear-marked for the event
  • Participants’ list including name, address, phone and e-mail
  • Stick-on name tags
  • Prepare individualized name badges for registrants in plastic pin-on or hanging sleeves
  • Payment of all approved expenses incurred by the conference including but not limited to: Food service, rent, housing, equipment fees, supplies, speakers fees, etc. The Conferencing Office would pay these expenses with approval of the conference organizer.
  • After expenses are paid, the Conferencing Office will prepare a financial statement of all expenses.
  • Any funds in excess of expenses will be returned to the conference organizer or the account designated by the conference organizer
  • Provide meal tickets for each registrant
  • Prepare room assignments in CSC Residence Halls and provide that cross-referenced list to the conference organizer
  • Assemble name tags, meal tickets and presentation packets for the registration table
  • Assign each registrant to seminars/workshops throughout the day according to the choices made on the registration forms

The Coordinator of Conferencing will determine the registration fees depending upon the services requested.

Items available for any conference, workshop, or meeting: CSC presentation folders, CSC pens, CSC small notepads, table tents, hanging name tag badges, pin-on name tag badges, flip chart pads and copies.
