Catering Services - Lite Lunches

These meals are preset on linen and china. Coffee, iced tea, and iced water are included with your menu. Dessert may be added for an additional fee.

Broiled boneless chicken breast sandwich, topped with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise On a Kaiser roll served alongside with pasta salad or fruit cup, carrot and celery sticks, and a pickle spear

French Dip with AuJus

Tender sliced Roast Beef served on hoagie roll alongside a hearty aujus, potato chips, and a fresh vegetable garnish

Fresh garden greens with chopped turkey and ham, American and Swiss cheeses, cucumber slices, tomato wedges, Black olives, and sliced eggs. Served with your choice of dressing and homemade croutons and dinner roll

Diced Grilled Chicken, Spring Onions, Red Grapes, Fresh Pineapple, Tossed in a Light Sauce, served with Fresh Fruit over Field Greens with Home Made Raspberry Vinaigrette, Dinner Roll
