Catering Services - Breakfast

Each Breakfast is presented on linen and china except for the Executive Breakfast served on high quality plastic.

Build Your Own Breakfast Buffet

Select among the following menu items: scrambled eggs, sausage, ham, bacon, pancakes, french toast, home fries, hashbrowns, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls, specialty breads, fresh fruit, and muffins. You may pick the size of your buffet that will accommodate your group:

• 3 items  - $5.65 per person
• 4 items - $6.45 per person
• 5 items - $7.75 per person              

This buffet includes iced water, chilled orange jucie and coffee.  

Executive Breakfast: Donuts, specialty breads, muffins, and chilled juices. - $3.75 per person   You can  add a fresh fruit tray for an additional -- $1.40 per person

The following breakfasts are served.

Eagle Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Hashbrowns, Muffin, Orange Juice, iced water and coffee.  Can be pre-set or buffet style includes linen and china. - $6.25 per person
