Catering Service - Lunch Menus

Gourmet

Prices quoted are for pickup service. All lunches include bottled water. Canned soda can be exchanged for $.35 extra. Please pick one item from each category except condiments there you may choose as many as you would like to make up your gourmet box lunch. - $7.75 per person

Bread: Kaiser Roll, Croissant, Foccaccio Bun or Hoagie
Condiments: Mustard, Mayonnaise, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickles, and Onions
Meat: Roast Beef, Turkey, Ham
Cheese: American, Swiss, Cheddar, Pepper Jack
Salad: Potato, Macaroni, Cole Slaw, Potato Chips, or Fruit Cup
Fruit: Apple or Orange
Dessert: (Choose One) Two cookies, Brownie, Rice Krispy

CSC Sub

A French Bread Sub of Turkey, Ham, or Roast Beef with Swiss or American Cheese includes chips and all the fixings - $9.55 each

CSC Pizza

A 16" Pizza cut into 16 pieces.  pepperoni, ham, beef, sausage, peppers, onions, olives - $12.25 per pizza

Paradise Chicken Salad - $6.55 per person

Grilled marinated chicken breast served on top of a bed of greens, sping onions, grapes, fresh pineapple, served with a light Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing.

Chef Salad - $6.75 per person

Fresh garden greens, topped with strips of turkey and ham, swiss and american cheese, cucumber slices, tomato wedges, choice of Ranch or Dorothy Lynch Dressing.

Fajita Fiesta Salad - $9.15 per person

Tender, juicy seasoned chicken or beef; served over a bed of romaine greens; topped with shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, diced onions and black olives.  Served with crispy fried jalapeno tortilla chips, salsa-ranch dressing and sour cream.
