Frances joined Chadron State College in 1991 as the Coordinator of the Alternatives Program, a FIPSE Drug Prevention program. In 1991, she became the Coordinator of the Peer Tutor Program. Prior to being employed at CSC, Frances was the Director of the Children's Center in Edgemont, South Dakota. She enjoys being active with club organizations and is sponsor of the International Club and the Newman Club. She and her husband, Julius', greatest moments are spent spoiling their five grandchildren. Frances is more like a mother to us and we love her.
