NBDC provides assistance to manufacturers through its partnership in the Nebraska Manufacturing Extension Partnership (Nebraska MEP). In this program NBDC (UNO) teams with the Engineering Extension (UNL), the Food Processing Center (UNL), and the Nebraska Department of Economic Development to provide assistance in employee training, productivity, technology, regulatory compliance, quality standards, marketing, business planning and feasibility analysis, workflow process, and supplier relationships. NBDC consultants in the Nebraska MEP are in Omaha and Lincoln.
