Nutrition & Foods Option

Current industry trends and career placement reports clearly reveal that the nutrition and foods areas will continue to see "strong employment opportunities" throughout the forseeable future (*USDA, 2005-2010). As U.S. consumers continue to eat several meals a week away from home and the consciousness of eating and living well continues to be a topic of concern, Nutrition & Foods professionals have opportunities to be a resource of increasing importance.
