The Admissions Ambassadors are a select group of currently enrolled students who promote Chadron State College by leading campus tours and assisting with other Admissions Office activities.

Why did you choose CSC? I chose Chadron State because of the friendly atmosphere during my visit. Everyone was extremely nice and it made me feel right at home. The affordability and scholarship opportunities are a definite plus as well.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time at CSC? In my spare time, I like to hang out and participate in outdoor activities with my friends. There are also many fun programs that are held here on campus. In addition, spending some time playing video games with friends is always a treat.
What do you like most about your classes here at Chadron State? I love the small class sizes here at Chadron. You really get to know your professors as well as the classmates. The professors genuinely care about your success in the classroom, and are always willing to help you in anyway; it is always nice to have your professor know your name.
What makes you want to stay at CSC? I have met some amazing people, and have created friendships that I will cherish for a long time. Chadron State has an amazing atmosphere that you cannot explain until you actually experience it for yourself.
What are you involved in on campus? I am an admissions ambassador. I am also involved with Revive, and participate in intramurals. I am also always excited to participate in the Big Event every year.

Why did you choose CSC? I chose CSC because of the small campus size. I love the fact that all of my classes only have about 25 students. You really get to know others who are in your field, as well as your professors.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time at CSC? The college partners with the community for events such as free bowling and free movie nights. There are so many different activities that are going on during the week on campus, which are already paid for through student fees. The Chadron area also has a wealth of outdoor activities.
What do you like most about your classes here at Chadron State? I love the class sizes. All of my class sizes have been around 25 students to one professor. I also love that my classes are hands on. As students we get to do the things we would be doing in the real world. My classes have provided me with great career experience.
What makes you want to stay at CSC? The atmosphere at CSC is so friendly. I have built so many valuable relationships here.
What are you involved in on campus? I am currently the vice president of the Public Relations Club, the advertising sales director for the school paper, a member of Cardinal Key National Honor Society, and an admissions ambassador. It's so easy to get involved in a variety of activities at CSC.

Why did you choose CSC? I chose CSC because of the scholarship opportunities that are offered through the college. CSC is a very affordable college and the scholarships are always helpful!
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time at CSC? I am a very involved student on campus. So in my spare time I love to participate in the numerous activities that happen on campus.
What do you like most about your classes here at Chadron State? What I enjoy most about my classes is how personable the instructors are with the students. If I ever have any questions, I know that I can go to my professors and get the assistance I need.
What makes you want to stay at CSC? The relationships I have made with other students and professors is what keeps me here at CSC. I know I have made friendships that will last a lifetime.
What are you involved in on campus? I am involved in numerous clubs and organizations including Student Senate, Campus Activities Board, Blue Key National Honor Society, College Republicans Club, Residence Life Association and numerous music ensembles, as well as an Admissions Ambassador.

Why did you choose CSC? I came to Chadron Scholastics Day all four years of high school. I was very impressed with the beauty of the campus and facilities and have always had it in my mind that I wanted to attend college at Chadron. Additionally, everyone I met while visiting campus was so friendly and fun, I felt right at home. I also received a Board of Trustees Scholarship, which was an enormous incentive in helping pay for college.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time at CSC? Being involved in Night of Country Swing every Sunday is my favorite; I love to dance! On campus, there is always something going on, and someone is always available to hang out with. Getting together with friends to play Ultimate Frisbee, laying down some 10-point-pitch, or grabbing a late night piece of cheesecake from the Grille are all favorite pastimes.
What do you like most about your classes here at Chadron State? The class sizes are moderate; not too big and not too small. I feel comfortable participating in class and have confidence my professors truly care about how I am progressing in their classes.
What makes you want to stay at CSC? The people are the main reason I want to stay. From my spring visit to orientation to the first day of classes, upper classmen were reaching out to me, encouraging me, and being so friendly that I felt right at home. As an ambassador, I want to be that for others.

Why did you choose CSC? Chadron State felt like the place I wanted to go as soon as I received my campus tour. CSC offers the feel of a bigger campus as well as the feel of small town values all at once, which is very unique and gives off a homey vibe. Out of all of the schools I visited, this vibe only came from Chadron State.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time at CSC? In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my friends, working out, playing sports, and playing frisbee golf. I spend a lot of time with my friends doing all of those things. I also love walking up C-Hill and all of the hills behind campus.
What do you like most about your classes here at Chadron State? My favorite thing about my classes at Chadron State is the professors. The professors at CSC care about their students actually learning the material and preparing students for the future. The professors at CSC not only want their students to pass but to strive, and this passion is easily seen from the professors.
What makes you want to stay at CSC? The main thing that makes me want to stay at CSC is the feeling that Chadron State will prepare me for the future better than any other school. Everyone that you encounter at Chadron State immediately cares about you and will put in a lot of effort to help you succeed. I believe that Chadron State will not only help me get into medical school, but prepare me so that I strive in medical school.
What are you involved in on campus? On campus, I am an admissions ambassador and tutor. I, also, love getting involved in intramural sports. Intramural sports provide me with an opportunity to get out my competitive passion, as well as, meet a lot of new friends.
