What attracted you to your major? I’m a transfer student so I didn’t really know what I wanted to do until after my first year of college. I knew after my first year that I wanted to teach and math was my best subject in high school.
What are you involved in on campus? Campus Activity Executive Board, Kappa Mu Epsilon, Sigma Delta Nu, HPER Majors Club, intramurals and about anything else I can get my hands on.
What is your favorite spot on campus? Top floor of the Math and Science Building — there is a spot on the guard rail where I always stand.
What is your favorite class and why? This semester my favorite class is Coaching Techniques of Football because I really like the way that Coach Smith teaches and talks to us.
What do you do in your free time? In my free time I really love to golf but I can’t always get out to the course so I usually end up on the tenth floor of High Rise hanging out with my friends.
Why did you choose Chadron State College? I actually didn’t choose CSC my first time around. Looking back I should have because transferring was the best decision of my life. I had some friends that I talked to about it and they said that they loved it here and I would too. I’m glad I took their word for it.
